"Our staff is made up of colleagues from the most important symphonic and concert organizations in Italy and from Conservatories, with musicians and actors who not only collaborate with us but also fully share our working method. I didn't just want the best musicians; I wanted the best people. The most difficult thing is to sense the true talent of the person in front of you, to understand what their real desire is and not what they think it is: my responsibility is to transform a potential of something into something real. We have an extraordinary team, we organize over a hundred concerts and shows a year, we manage festivals that we have founded and made important over the years, and masterclasses with students from all over Italy. It is a continuous job that does not include Saturdays, Sundays, Christmas, or any kind of holidays, but it makes us happy every day for what we create and for having created it together."
