Music and voice take the audience by the hand to lead them on a musical journey that winds around the globe.
This text is commissioned to Lucia Margherita Marino by the quartet Café Express, made up of versatile musicians who, alongside the classical repertoire in important symphonic formations, have been tackling other musical genres for years, constantly challenging themselves. Written in a week on Isola Bella (Lake Maggiore), the text narrates the events of a family of Abruzzese emigrants who landed in cold Ireland: Costanza's family loves coffee, wandering musicians, and the sad, funny, and sometimes absurd stories they tell after playing.
Take a seat too. And listen.
